- Obtain route and schedule information through the online trip planner at www.ridemetro.org.
To help us assist you when riding the bus, we ask customers to:
- Treat METRO operators with respect.
- Respect the privacy, safety and needs of other METRO customers.
- Be at the bus stop five minutes before your bus is scheduled to depart.
- Be prepared to board and have the fare ready when the bus arrives at the bus stop.
