METRO is always looking for new ways to improve
our communication with you.
At METRO, we are always looking for ways to improve service - as a trusted community partner with great transit infrastructure and first-class transit services. Through NewsFlash, we’ve been keeping you up-to-date on our light-rail expansion project, but there’s so much more to share. So how do we do it? After examining things like customer service, asset utilization, sustainability and cost control, we decided the best way to keep you informed about light-rail construction, and local transit news, would be to roll it all up in one handy electronic packet. So, starting in May, you will see rail construction in METRO Connections, and the stand-alone NewsFlash will go away. The news will be there, but it will be faster, closer, and simpler to access. So get on board for Houston’s hottest transit news.
A monthly newsletter, designed to bring you a snapshot of current events at METRO, as well as keep you connected to the behind-the-scenes work at the agency, and the people who keep Houston rolling.
