METRO’S CALL CENTERS OUT OF SERVICE SUNDAY/ NOW BACK ON LINE

Due to technical problems, METRO’s Call Center and METROLift scheduling were out of service Sunday.

While most of the system is now operating, METROLift’s Customer Service line, 713-225-0119, is continuing to experience intermittent problems.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing our customers and we appreciate their patience while we repair the system.
