THREE METRO ROUTES & METRORAIL TO RUN EXTENDED SERVICE NEW YEAR’S EVE

To help New Year’s Eve revelers get home without getting behind the wheel, METRO will extend service on three of its busiest routes, as well as, METRORail.
The 25 Richmond, 81 Westheimer-Sharpstown and the 82 Westheimer-West Oaks will continue to run every 30 minutes on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, until 2:00 a.m.
The last northbound METRORail train will depart the Fannin South station at 2:00 a.m. and the last southbound train will depart the UH-Downtown station at 2:40 a.m.
Service on the three bus routes and METRORail were extended one to two hours beyond their normal schedules.

Para ayudar a los juerguistas recibiendo el Año Nuevo llegar a casa sin tener que tomar el volante, METRO extenderá servicio a tres de las más concurridas rutas y también a METRORail.
Las rutas 25 Richmond, 81 Westheimer-Sharpstown y la 82 Westheimer-West Oaks operarán cada 30 minutos el miércoles, 31 de diciembre de 2008, hasta las 2:00 a.m.
El último tren de METRORail hacia el norte saldrá de la estación Fannin South a las 2:00 a.m. y el último tren hacia el sur saldrá de la estación UH-Downtown a las 2:40 a.m.
El servicio de las tres rutas de autobús y METRORail fueron extendidas una a dos horas fuera de los horarios normales.
